With a career in the beauty industry that began in 2010, Mar has built a diverse and dynamic path working in renowned spas and salons across San Francisco and New York City. A licensed esthetician by trade, she’s spent years perfecting her craft while gaining a deep understanding of both the spa and salon worlds.

In 2019, Mar expanded her focus to leadership, successfully managing and mentoring multiple teams throughout her career. In her previous roles, she served as Spa Director at a prominent NYC spa, where she oversaw daily operations, staff development, and client experience — refining her skills as a leader dedicated to fostering growth, collaboration, and elevated service.

In 2025, Mar proudly joined Salon V as a partner, bringing her expertise in both service and strategy to one of New York City’s standout beauty destinations. She’s passionate about creating a supportive, inspiring environment where both clients and team members feel valued and empowered.
